style settings

There are 5 styles that we can set the way we want to use. We are only allowed one style to available at a time. During a session, I will have the occasion to revert to a different style.
A - B - C - D -E
It would be nice to have is a text box where I can make notes of how I want to sort a style. (based on how I am using it). Only one text box would be adequate if it were expandable.

You can make notes on your "Home" page and have it open in another browser tag. (But yes, a short help text of your own making would be nice. I often just shift between the styles until I find the one I was looking for. Mostly it's A and D for some reason. D for dimensions maybe? Since that shows the metrics and it's useful for finding the books where I didn't record the books dimensions the first time around.)

As I recall, being able to name your styles has been RSI'd, but I suppose that's going to wait for LT2 if it ever happens.

I use mnemonic devices for mine. B is for Best, C is for "s"imple, D is for Dimensions, E is for Everything

No, no. D is for Dates. E is for Entry.

Sue Grafton would disagree with all of us.

>6 bnielsen: That would deserve a massive tick if LT let us do that sort of thing. (Thankfully doesn't).

What a list of works.
