Did all FS books come with slip cases?

I just joined and am mightily impressed; so, an early query. I am sorting my considerable collection of FS volumes in order to dispose of my many duplicates and those without slip cases. I am unsure whether there are any of the latter group that were actually issued without a slip case, therefore making my un-cased copies their default position. Can anyone advise me where I might find the 'cased' or 'un-cased' status of volumes (going back to the beginning) at issue? Thank you fellow devotees. Stuart

>1 stuart2325: I don't know if there is a perfect resource with this info, but see here:

You might also be able to deduce some specifics from the photos included in the prospectuses, which are all scanned and posted on the wiki.

>1 stuart2325: Hopefully, you can find most of what you are looking for on the group's wiki, which notes where books were slipcased:

>2 abysswalker: That's kind of you to reply so helpfully. The link you mention has been interesting, fun to read and helpful (I shall now look to find a Folio 60). The wiki is a treasure. So glad I joined Library Thing. Thanks again.
