Received a Book I Didn't Request

I just got a copy of Roar of the Sea: Treachery, Obsession, and Alaska's Most Valuable Wildlife by Deb Vanasse, which was listed in the February 2022 batch, but I didn't request it. I won a copy of Paul Laurence Dunbar: Poet Laureate of the Negro Race from the February batch from the same publisher and am wondering if there was a mix-up.

I once got a book different book than the one I had won. The correct one arrived several months later.

Well, the book I actually requested showed up today. Not sure why I got the other one, but I'm always happy to receive free books.

>3 amanda4242: Ah, lovely! I'm glad the correct book has arrived. In terms of the other book sent to you, I think it was just a mix-up. The publisher of Roar of the Sea: Treachery, Obsession, and Alaska's Most Valuable Wildlife and the publisher of Paul Laurence Dunbar: Poet Laureate of the Negro Race are both imprints of West Margin Press. You were a last-minute addition to the winners' list, for the Dunbar book, and I sent them you name and address after the fact. Maybe it was accidentally added to two different mailing lists? Either way, a bonus book for you! :)
