How to find data on books I don't own?

Is there a way to look up data such as number of pages or weight of books for books I don't yet own? I'm trying to calculate the cheapest shipping option (and whether it's worth adding a few more books to the shipment once and for all). I appreciate that it would be an estimate but I just want to get an idea.

>1 humouress: In LT? Not really - unless it is a book with a single edition and you get lucky and can see it in someone’s catalog. There is no editions level - and because of how works work (all editions and languages and so on belong together), there is no real place for data like that.

You could add the book and then delete it once you have the details you need.
