Hide my reviews from book pages

Is it possible to have my reviews be visible only to myself? I can't find a setting for that. I don't want them viewable by anyone on the book page.

Only if you put them into the private comments field.
The Reviews field is open to everyone. Not able to turn off sharing that field.

If you make your whole account private, none of your catalog information will be visible to anyone except you.

You could also write your review in the "private comments" field instead of the "review" field, which would make it visible only to you.
