On June 1st, I brought home (from the bargain section of a bookstore in Ulm):

Lena Greiner & Carola Padtberg-Kruse: Nenne drei Streichinstrumente: Geige, Bratsche, Limoncello;
The most beautiful fairy tales of Georgia (the Eurasian country, not the US State);
iO Tillett Wright: Darling Days.

During the pandemic I decided to work on my domestic skills and have become a fan of YouTube star Bernadette Banner. So just received from Amazon her book Make, Sew and Mend: Traditional Techniques to Sustainably Maintain and Refashion Your Clothes.

A little busy so far this month, but WAY down from last.

Brought home an ARC, Ashton Hall by Lauren Belfer (pub date 6/22; fiction with a lot of history included)

My order for Little Wartime Library by Kate Thompson (historical fiction) FINALLY arrived. But apparently UPS lost my Conclusion of the Memoirs of Miss Sidney Bidulph by Frances Sheridan -- a replacement copy is supposed to arrive by end of day Friday.

And two new purchases:
* _My Life Story: My Memories of the Past, Present, and Thoughts for the Future_ by Chartwell Books (a guided journal)
* The Woman in the Library by Sulari Gentill (mystery -- gorgeous cover got me, although I have heard good things about the author's historical mystery series starting with A Few Right Thinking Men)

>2 varielle: _Make, Sew, and Mend_ sounds interesting!

>3 lilithcat: Dang. I think I own a Cees Noteboom title (unread). *Not* positive which book it is, although one of The Following Story covers looks faintly familiar.

Sylvia Plath: Ariel (been looking for this one for ages)
Julia Corte: Das grosse Buch der Horoskope
Paint by Sticker: Travel and Paint by Sticker: Music Icons.

My laptop is kaput, so I'm trying to post from my phone. Two more ARCs & 4 bought books in June.

The bought:
* In the Shadow of the Fire by Hervé Le Corre (historical fiction)
* The Paper Girl of Paris by Jordyn Taylor (YA multiple time period fiction)
* Yours Cheerfully by A.J. Pearce (historical fiction)
* The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August by Claire North (fantasy)

And the brought:
* Life on the Mississippi: An Epic Adventure by Rinker Buck (pub 8/22; history)
* Wrong Place, Wrong Time by Gillian McAllister (pub 9/22; fantasy? thriller? both?)
