Have Universal Import options for individual collection duplicates and overall duplicates

Sorry if there is already is a way of accomplishing this, but I have not found it. I am trying to add 3 main collections, my physical books, my eBooks, and my audiobooks. I have divided each into there own collections. Physical books are only in LibraryThing. For my eBooks I use Calibre to manage them on disk, but it exports a nice csv file that LibraryThing can read, I have a similar setup for my audiobooks. I frequently have books in all 3 formats. Is there a way to use Universal Import, to not import/ignore duplicates in the same collection, but still add if it detects a duplicate in another collection? So what I am looking for are additional ways to treat duplicates while importing. Thanks I'm loving this site!
