I'm trying to find and re-read the first Harlequin book I ever read. This would have been in the early 1990s so maybe published in the mid-1980s to early 1990s.

Best friends since childhood
Own a company together
Parents are best friends
Can't recall the hero's name but heroine is Gianna or Giadda
He's been secretly in love with her for years
