"What should you borrow" gone?

In the last couple of days, I don't seem to see the "What should you borrow" list on profile pages. Behaviour seems to be the same in Safari/iOS, Firefox/Windows, and Edge/Windows.

The section was replaced with "Books To Borrow" which seems to be randomly disappearing; I'm pushing a fix so that the section always shows with a link to the what should you borrow recommendation page.
