I was trying to search a category for Ryszard Kapuscinsky collections of articles. Don't we need a 'Journalism' category?

In other classification systems it's often placed with Language (or Language Arts). In other words Language is really often more generally "Communications". Considering Linguistics is put there in OSC so far, that might be appropriate.

It is a separate category in Dewey (070)

At our library, we combined DDC 070, 400, and 808 into a special collection. Our reasoning is that 070 and 808 contain further information on the use of language (writing, public speaking, etc.). Strict DDC disperses these books even though are often used together. "Books that are frequently used together should be physically near each other" is a good standard for accessibility.
