Why isn't ultb in the tag mirror?

This puzzled me for a couple of second. (OK Minutes).
How many of you knew there is a tag mirror? It shows not your tags but everyone else's tags for your books.

Click on a tag and see what shows up. For my library I saw a big bold tag of how-to. I don't use that tag. But, other people who have my books tag them how-to.
So where is the ultb tag?
