Is there a compendium located somewhere which has cataloged every text/hyper-text electronic game every programmed?

There are many thousands (probably over 10,000) and more are being written every week.
I think I have already mentioned Baf's Guide http://wurb.com/if/index before which has a good index of freely available games and has links to the game file (some require an interpreter, some require an emulator for an old home computer).
