Nano 2009 - The Winner's Lounge

Okay, for those of you making the word bar turn green (Or purple once hte validator goes to win mode) as you pass the 50K mark, chime in here to enjoy the accolades of your fellow writers.

The calming teas and other assundries are available in the winner's lounge, plus we have a new bookshelf installed. This is lined with pleasure reading to relax the mind.

I have one book finished, one past the 50k mark and one inching up to it. I hope to have at least two full manuscripts by the end of the month. Granted, they will be short first drafts, but many of mine are, so that's not a problem.

This has been a difficult NaNo! Computer with problem, so that I have to shut it down every now and then. Sick cat. Broken water pipe in the kitchen.

But I'm still writing. LOL

50247 words, completed on teh 29th.

Now to get my reward: The Heroes novelization that I've been waiting to read for some time.

Congrats gilroy! Hopefully I won't be far behind you. Have about 1300 words to go...

Finished! This is the first year it took me right up until the 30th to win but I too have joined the wonderful ranks of purples!!!
