We've got a lot of *obvious* spam images sitting in the quarantine right now, it would help if people could double, triple, and quadruple flag them to clear them out so we can focus on the other images.

This seems to be a relatively recent development. Frankly, it's made me reconsider my previously-held view that anyone should be able to upload images. I'm beginning to think that only paid users should do so. But perhaps that would be overkill. I don't know. Just musing here.

I hate "pay walls" like that, but surely there has got to be some reasonable barrier to entry, like new users (less than 30 days) or users with less than X books can't upload images.
