Into the Beautiful North, the story of a young taco shop worker in Mexico and her three friends who travel to America hoping to find men to bring back to Mexico.
Let the Great World Spin, follows a diverse group of characters in New York City, beginning with Phillippe Petit’s historical tight-rope walk between the twin towers of the World Trade Center in 1974.

I've read Into the Beautiful North, which is partly set in TJ and San Diego, and heard a lot about Let the Great World Spin, but never heard of the other one.
