Anne Arundel County Public Library - Odenton Regional Library

This is a nearly-new building, two stories and very open, airy and full of light. Parking is ample. The book collection is pretty standard for AACo - they have everything you'd expect a large local library to have, and not much else, aided by the county libraries' shared collection system that rotates books through the branches.

The for-sale books are in the lobby, usually a few hundred withdrawn books of mixed types, prices high for used books but not unreasonable, and they have sales on withdrawn books fairly regularly.

Wireless internet is unsecured and available all through (including the shady, secluded grounds that need some benches!), and there are plenty of computer terminals, which are limited to 30 mins and require a library card to access. Unfortunately nearly every flat surface has a computer on it, so while there are lots of cozy chairs to read in, tables to work or study on are limited.

This library is also in easy walking distance of the Odenton MARC train station and the buses which stop there.
