Children with disorders of the developing brain nearlyalways have dysfunctions in postural control. The postural controlsystem of children with other neurodevelopmental disabilities suchas myelomeningocele or muscle disease is also challenged: it has tofind age-specific solutions for the postural problems posed by thedisorder.
