Fantasy

This has a lot more action (there is a feel of "turn this into a movie screenplay" type writing in the latter half with the action scenes) and is lighter on character development/plot than book one. However we do get too meet several other of the Loric during it (some briefly). There is also some revealing of the different factions and what passed before.

The title is NOT a misnomer.. Six has amazing powers..

Overall interesting but not quite as satisfying as book 1 but I am looking forward to seeing what happens in the next volume.. ( )

Pretty good book. Introduces 2 more of the garde.. Can't wait for the next installment in 2012 ( )

Debemos darnos prisa. Tenemos que intentar reunirnos, porque solo así conseguiremos ser más fuertes. Antes de que nosotros cambiemos. Antes de que sea demasiado tarde.

Honestly? Underwhelming. This book spent so much time running back and forth. The characters always win, despite the odds. Random human willingly sacrifice themselves for the Lorien teens. By the time something *actually happened*, the book ended. It was a lot of slow build-up for little reward. When I was the intended age for the Lorien Legacies, I think I would have gobbled these up. As an adult, they're slow and unrealistic. A lot of YA is really good and accessible for many ages. This is nothing special. ( )
