The first English translation of a purported gospel from the early to the middle part of the first century, and generally believed to be the Gospel of Miryam the Migdalah, or Mary Magdalene. The original Greek manuscript was brought from Alexandria to Occitania (Roman Gaul) and kept hidden for centuries. It was, however, translated into the language of the area, Occitan. Jehanne de Quillan presents a flawlessly logical and philsophically sound argument that this document is the true Gospel of Mary Magdelene, and presents comparisons that show that it is very likely the one on which other gospels and redactions are based and from which the extraordinary teachings of Yeshua (Jesus) are drawn.
