This book was simply written but appropriate for the age group (7-9). With a fun plot with lots of adventure and travelling across the world, Stanley creates an exciting stroy for young readers. Adam meets a famous TV star, almost falls out of a hot air balloon and notices an evil scam when everyone else is hypnotized. Code Word Kangaroo doesn't have any educational value or moral but this young Spy Kids/James Bond-themed story is sure to thrill kids and turn them on to reading. ( )
