The problem of the story is that Obie, Kyle and Berto are trying to unite the Legend of the four; they are waiting for Samuel one night. When Samuel comes they try to make him go with them but he doesn’t trust them. Samuel ends up alone and meets this new girl. The girl acts really mean to him. Suddenly Samuel feels the renegades coming and he doesn’t want them to take him or the girl so he leaves with her. The girl gets mad at him and then she finds out he is one of the Legend of the Four. Samuel finds out her name is Ashley. He isn’t sure if he should trust her or not. Then the Legend of the four guys get there and they tell him not to trust her because she is evil. Samuel leaves with Ashley. They argue throughout the whole story whether they should trust each other. Then they learn to trust each other. Then they go back to Nefandus and try to save their friends. Then at the end they pledge their selves to the legend of the four.
I think this was a pretty good book. I would change the names in this book probably because they are a little bit confusing. I think people who want to continue the series of the Sons of the Dark should read this book because it continues the story of the first book Barbarian. I would rate this book “it was pretty good, and I wish the book hadn’t ended so soon. ( )
