Again, I liked that it wasn’t a rehash of the previous books. This time Reva’s roommate from college comes with her for Christmas break. Her roommate (Grace) believes that an abusive ex-boyfriend has followed her to Shadyside. I did have an inkling if what was going on and by the end I had guessed all but one twist. I’m glad the trilogy is over. I don’t think I can take any more of Reva being a terrible human being. Reva is the worst of Stine's characters- I don't think there are very many people who are actually that bad. I spent the whole book wishing she actually would get murdered, which was very annoying, because I don't want to read a book where I hate the main character. It's especially annoying that she does get away with all her nastiness. Oh, this book was also an expose on how Stine knows absolutely nothing about Smith College (a school I looked at) starting with the fact that Reva would never have gone to a woman's college, and ending with how he mentions the dorms several times (Smith has houses, not dorms). geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
