"Sarah Durandt knows the killer is dead. She watched him die from a lethal injection in the execution chamber. But Sarah finds little comfort in knowing that the deranged psychopath who murdered her husband and son will never kill again. Since he never revealed the location of their bodies, she never found a sense of closure. So now, Sarah has decided to return to her home in the Adirondacks...But what Sarah uncovers is far more unnerving--and much too horrifying--to even consider...Maybe they executed the wrong man. Maybe the killer is still out there"--P. [4] of cover.… (meer)

Blind Faith is the second C. J. Lyons book I have read and most likely the last one. The book's theme is pain. And unrealistic plots and human behaviour. And snakes. It seems Lyons has a thing for snakes.

This book has child molesters, war veterans, drug addicts, mob, millions on secret bank accounts, dirty cops and much more so it is not lack of content that makes the book weak, but rather too much of it. Like a cake with 15 layers instead of 3. More is not always better.

Great Book. The plot starts out on the 1st page and continues to build throughout the book. There were so many twists and turns in this book and that is what kept my interest. It was scary and hard for me to put down. I loved this read and would reccomend it to all mystery lovers. ( )

I rarely give out 5 stars to any book that's not classic literature, but Blind Faith by CJ Lyons is the exception.

This is a book for those who like non-stop, heart pounding action in their reading material. The twists and turns will have you gasping for air. 4 villains and 2 female protagonists keep your interest high as the story moves along at bullet speed. I was totally exhausted reading the last quarter of this high-octane suspense.

CJ Lyons writes a terrific tale of murder and mayhem that is easy to read and enjoy. Just make sure you don't have any other plans as you steamroll your way through Blind Faith. ( )

This debut novel started out as a great read, but the farther I went with it, the more suspension of belief was required until finally i began laughing at the ridiculousness of the plot. I wouldn't recommend this. ( )
