Join beloved bestselling author Fern Michaels in her first holiday novel, a spirited, touching tale of three dynamic siblings who will doanythingto bring their grandmother home for Christmas. The Cisco triplets are appalled by their widowed father's behavior. He seems to care more about his gold-digging fiancée than he does about his own son and daughters. Even worse, Dad put their spunky grandmother -- head of the family candy company -- in a nursing home against her will. Setting out to spring Granny Cisco, college seniors Sara, Hannah, and Sam soon prove that trouble comes in threes. Apparently, so does love. . . . As the triplets get their grandmother the medical care that will make her independent again, all three find unexpected romance. If everything goes according to plan, there's going to be quite a crowd at Granny's house come Christmas -- and more proof than ever that there's no place like home for the holidays. Quick very easy read with its typical way of you knowing the ending with everyone happy at Christmas. Did like how the triplets got their grandma Cisco out of the nursing home, solving her health issues so quickly. Enjoyed the responses to the father's love interest knowing how it would end. Story was so short it lack real development of the characters other than knowing they were all just good people. ( )

Fern Michaels never disappoints. This was a delightful read and I can't wait to see what happens next to these characters...for they truly are that in every sense of the word. ( )

A great rainy day book! I read it in 4 hours and loved every minute. It is sad and funny. You are given enough information about the characters to fall in love with the family and in the end you are not left hanging and feel satisfied that the story was told.

Fern Michaels makes the characters real enough that you could see them being a part of your own family.

Loretta Cisco owns a candy company, that she began out of her kitchen, after losing her husband. Her son, Jonathan, helped her and has worked with his mother his whole life. Jonathan married Margie and they were blessed with triplets (or "The Trips" as they are better known) Sara, Hannah & Sam. After losing their mother at an early age they are raised by their Father and Grandmother. "The Trips", now in college, are very family oriented and when their Father starts making decisions that they feel are wrong, they jump into action to save their Grandmother, the company and the life and values they hold most dear. The tripplets were a hand full, but I was thrilled they took charge of their grandmother and her health. Once again, money talks. It was great the doctors fell in love instantly and we didn't have to go through the "relationship trauma." Their dad was so normal too. ( )
