The first reason I thought this book was cute was because of the illustrations. For example, the sizes of all the 3 bears things were shown clearly and colorfully. That made it easier for me as the reader. Another reason was because some of the illustrations carried over to the next page. I really love when illustrations in books do that. The second reason I thought this book was cute was because of the dialogue. For example, when the papa bear said something the font was bigger and in bold, when the mama bear spoke the font was ‘middle-sized’, and when the baby bear spoke the font was tiny. I thought that was really cool because it helps the reader know who is talking but it is also a unique way to write quotes. Another example of the dialogue is when the author used very descriptive words to describe the father’s voice. “…rumble of thunder and roar of rain.” The descriptive words made it more interesting and scary as the reader. The big message of the story is to never go into someone else’s home when not invited. ( ) geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
