When I bought my home over a year ago, the lawn I inherited was... let's say it had character. The norm was wild overgrowth in some parts. In other areas it appears one of the previous owners attempted an ambitious xeriscaping project, partially succeeded, and then gave up. And in little patches here and there, there's actually grass.
