This book is a good example of picture book/fable because it is about a boy who takes his pig to the fair and the pig gets loose going through all different colors and using rhyming throughout the story. The illustrations are fun for the children to look at and see all the colors that the pig goes through and can relate to what the pig goes through like cotton candy, tomatoes, and mud. Its a fun book for children to read and look at.
