I love the Moomins so much and yet somehow this is the first time I've ever read any of the comics. And it's darling, but I think I prefer the prose. Words convey the gentleness and good feelings moreso than the drawings (with the exception of Moominmamma, who is ever calm and welcoming regardless of situation). But preferring the prose over the comic isn't saying much because I adore both. It's a fun, quick read. ( )
