I LOVED this book. I can't even pinpoint what I loved about it so much, but the way it is written really held my attention and it was easy to read from start to end. There were some new insights in this book, that I hadn't read about before, which added to its appeal. The author has written it with some examples of her own experiences with anxiety and panic attacks, which contributes to the strength of the book. Overall,I found this a really good and after having loaned it from the library, I am definitely now going to purchase a paperback copy to keep as my own. I know that I will reference it again and again. ( )
