Okay, I admit that I'm fast becoming an Armentrout fangirl. I REALLY love her stories. Bitter Sweet Love was no exception. Jennifer (no, I don't know her, but I feel like I do) has this wonderful ability to write believable characters who exist in fantastical worlds. This is a great ability given that she writes all her stories in the present world.

Bitter Sweet Love is the story of two gargoyles who love each other, but have to get over the pain of their pasts before they can find their hint of a happily-ever-after. The main characters are wonderful and so are the secondary characters. I cannot wait to read White Hot Kiss to see what happens to those other characters. I'm also fascinated by the snake-wielding demon. What can I say? I love a bad boy. ;)

If you like your romance with a hint of urban fantasy, then you'll enjoy her books. (

Absolutetly wonderful book. Would recomend to anyone. Book pulls you into an amazing world and can keep you there for hours. Wonderful characters great story line. An absolute must read for YA lovers! (

DEz nebyl jen kluk, do kterého se jasmine zamilovala. Byl chrličem a Strážcem, jako Jas a pomohl jí, aby se vyrovnala se svým osudem - odražením démonů a udržením rovnováhy mezo dobrem a zlem. Byl její všechno....až do chvíle, kdy beze stopy zmizel. A vůbec nepomohlo, že Jassin otec oznámil, že budou oba jednou tvořt pár.
A teď je zpátky, o tři roky starší, desetkrát víc sexy a připravený pokračovat přesně tam, kde skončili. Ale Jas už nechce riskovat znova. Dez má sedm dní, aby splnil všechny její podmínky a získal si její důvěru. Sedm dní naplňených nebezpečím a sladkým pokušením. Sedm dní, aby vyhrál její srdce - nebo vše znova zničil. (

Really interesting. A little hard to understand the world sometimes, but maybe its because I read this one before reading White Hot Kiss. Still loved the concept. Cant wait to read the rest of the series! (
