Originally published in 1921, this Dennison Christmas book (IN COLOR) is filled with vintage Christmas and New Year's celebration ideas including: Around the Home Table, For the Children, Christmas in the School Room, Church Decorations, Children's Party, Bazaar Booths, Gift Wrappings, Christmas Games, New Year's Eve "Bridge Luck" Party, Gathering of Old Friends, New Year's Eve at the Clubhouse, Sailing Into the New Year, Noisy Welcome for the New Year, Helpful Instructions. Centerpieces, favors and novelty suggestions and ideas fill this book as well as amazingly creative displays of festooned holiday-colored crepe swags and garland, decorations depicting poinsettias, Christmas trees, Santa Claus, wreaths and other symbols we associate with Christmas as well as a vast array of games and favors. Dennison's Christmas books were a great source for party planning, each year showing different ideas to match the new products being released by Dennison. Similar to Dennison's Bogie and Gala books, the Christmas books are filled with colorful examples of party favors, decorating ideas and party games. This book may have occasional imperfections such as missing or blurred pages, poor pictures, errant marks, etc. that were either part of the original artifact, or were introduced by the scanning process. We believe this work is culturally important, and despite the imperfections, have elected to bring it back into print as part of our continuing commitment to the preservation of printed works worldwide. We appreciate your understanding of the imperfections in the preservation process, and hope you enjoy this valuable book. Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |
