I think Tina nailed the timing and structure of this book. The revelation of how to solve a problem came to me as a reader about two pages before it came to Cam, which is great. That particular solution is wonderful and clever.

It was a fun book to read and I'm looking forward to the next one. ( )

Fluff. But I wanted a change in diet this week. And it reminded me of Janette Rallison's fluff so it was fun. Not quite sure why it was cataloged as Adult fiction though. ( )

This was an odd read. I enjoyed it but at the same time I did not. I'm giving it an extra star for originality, as I found that the best part of the book. Would recommend this to others. ( )

This was fun. Wicked witches, complicated spells, dragons and demons, pixies and werewolves. Plus algebra, high school cliques, a crush, and having to make some decisions about who you trust. A nice mix of the fantastic and all-too-real.

There were times when the high school angst got to me a bit - the book is very definitely YA - but I think it's perfect for its intended audience. ( )
