However, I did not finish this one. I just couldn't get into it. I'm currently not grieving, nor going through a break up or divorce. I am probably not in the right frame of mind. I wanted to read this book so badly for 2 reasons: 1. I greatly enjoy Louise Hay books, and always get a lot out of them 2. I figured sooner or later I am going to go through a breakup or loss of a loved one, and I wanted to familiarize myself with some tools for that event. Overall, I didn't get much out of this one, but I am still a huge fan of Louise Hay and I believe many people will find this book very helpful. I love Louise Hay and have read many of her books.
