An excellent book that reminded me of Canterbury Tales by Chaucer and The Dubliners by Joyce. Lots of symbolism that is easy to follow regarding the war with France and Prussia. If you haven’t read a well written book lately, read a few of these short stories and you will get back on the right track. ( ) geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
