Ramsland's frequent references to Toth's The Mole People are apt, as I have no idea how accurate this book is. This one was okay, a journalist went undercover to look at vampires and the vampire culture in today's society, not just in this country but around the world. I really didn't learn anything new and the story built up to quite a let down. A lot of folks in the story just seemed pretty sad, lost, and not very comfortable with who they are, so they choose to take on the roles of characters from their favorite books. Many folks didn't appear to be in touch with reality. The book was okay, nothing great though. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
In 1996, the investigative reporter Susan Walsh vanished without a trace while researching New York's vampires. In Piercing the Darkness, Katherine Ramsland examines the journalist's frightening disappearance. Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |
