Has lots of examples of implementation and explains scrum from every side and for every player. ( ) A great introduction to the theory of Scrum illustrated in many use cases with companies with very generic names. The "Lessons Learned" sections of each chapter are great, but the multi-page case study that leads up to them is often a dull look into a specific company. Overall a very good read, and it's definitely gotten me excited about Scrum again as I feel I understand it much better now. Excellent examples. This book finally left me wanting to know more about Scrum techniques instead of wondering when the author was bringing out the Snake Oil for sale. After reading this book I want to take a course in Scrum, hopefully where I can ask how to overcome the obstacles that existed in my previous jobs. This book also made me realize how important getting the right stories is, and that I may need to become a Scrum Master to make sure I get stories that can be done in a month. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
