> UNE MÉTHODE DE GUÉRISON ET UN PEU PLUS…. — La méthode de guérison avant tout, c'est la méditation accompagné d'un enseignement bouddhiste. Là est la vraie voie vers la liberté (non souffrance). On peut citer Osho pour la théorie et Vénérable Hénépola Gunaratana pour la pratique : il y a là 2 monstres.
Ce livre donne un tas de technique selon le problème mais qui se rejoignent toute : Visualisation de lumière guérissante, au besoin accompagné d'un archétype, respiration, ressentie et foi en la guérison.
Il est extrêmement intéressant de voir que ceci a été trouvé par un occidental contemporain : Wim Hoff. On peut lire l'excellent livre "Tout ce qui ne nous tue pas" de S. Carney. Ce dernier pourrait parler plus à l'occidental qui n'a pas commencé son chemin dans le bouddhisme.
En dehors de ceci, quelques infos sur le bouddhisme et j'ai personnellement eu une réponse à cette difficile question liée au concept de non soi : s'il n'y a rien, quelle est ma propre nature ? (réponse p. 42, 43) (Oribase)
