Als de baby van Anne en Marco niet meer in haar ledikantje ligt als ze terugkomen van een etentje bij de buren (compleet met babyfoon) ontstaat een gevaarlijk spel tussen het jonge echtpaar en de ontvoerder. Ook de zeer rijke ouders van Anne spelen een grote rol in het geheel. Ze hebben Marco nooit goed genoeg gevonden voor hun dochter. Het boek heeft veel plot-twists en je wordt voortdurend op het verkeerde been gezet. Wel aardig om te lezen maar toch echt iets te voorspelbaar en misschien iets te veel van het goede. ( )
