The one downfall of this, and every other infertility book I found was the limited treatment of male factor infertility issues. Part of this is that male factor infertility isn't as well understood/documented as female factor infertility as a whole. The author does acknowledge that she does not treat male factor with as much depth, and it does have basic information about male factors. On the plus side, if there is severe male factor infertility involved, often IVF (with or without ICSI) is the only option anyway, and that subject is covered very thoroughly.
If you are only going to buy one book on infertility, this is the one I would recommend. ( )
