[Siren Everlasting Classic ManLove: Erotic Alternative Paranormal Romance, M/M, werewolves, HEA] Dylan has finally run away from an abusive pack, and from the alpha that wants to force him to be his mate. Running with a limp is slowing him down, however, and there's another wolf shifter out there in the woods that makes Dylan's knees weak, and makes him want to stop running. He doesn't care if this is just another alpha that wants to use him for his own selfish purposes. So long as he can be near this alpha he will feel safe, and everything will be fine. Galen McDaniels can't believe his luck. This isn't just any omega, it's one of the rare few who can give alpha pups to whoever mates with him. It's obvious by the wolf ears and tail, and Galen feels a lust so strong that he knows he will take this omega as his mate. First, he must protect Dylan from the bastard alpha who gave him that limp. ** A Siren Erotic Romance Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |

Dylan is a persecuted omega. Held prisoner and abused by an alpha who wants to use his special abilities, he is determined to escape the forced mating. He has already been injured and is not even the fastest omega around, so an alpha following him to take him prisoner is a pretty big threat. And then he runs into yet another alpha who seems to be interested in what only Dylan and those like him can give him, and Dylan should be terrified. Except this new alpha is different - Galen may take Dylan prisoner, but he also feeds him, buys him clothes, and treats him like a real member of his pack. Added to the physical attraction Dylan feels, there is no way he can resist.
Galen is pretty much a typical alpha: strong, possessive, protective, and determined to make his omega obey his rules and commands. But when he begins to discover what Dylan has been through, he not only (predictably) wants to avenge him, he also adapts the way he treats him. Galen is still strong and commanding, make no mistake, but he learns to consider Dylan’s feelings, and that is kind of cool. He is also pretty excited about the potential to have pups, and I can’t wait to see him deal with becoming a father.
Zayne, the omega who helped Dylan escape, does not fare quite as well as Dylan in this first book. In fact, though he gets away from their abuser and ends up with Galen’s pack as well, things end pretty badly for him and I can only hope he’ll fare better in the future!
If you like werewolf stories, if an abused omega finding a better life is your thing, and if you’re looking for a read that is entertaining, has just a touch of tension, and is about adorable characters struggling to find a better life, then you will probably like this novella.
