Tim Drake is one of the most impressive Robins, and this storyline which introduces us to his new school and a few new friends is a good and well-written one. There are one or two new baddies that pop up, one with a special hate on for Robin. But the clincher to this story is what happens when Tim's father finds out that his boy is Robin, and that the next-door-neighbor is Batman. Willingham really had his game on when he wrote the interaction between Bruce Wayne, Mr. Drake, Tim, Alfred and Nightwing here. And it's a bit of a relief, with all the people who have been learning Bruce's secret lately, that he has contingency plans long laid should he ever be outed - although I hope it will never come to that. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe

Being 51, I'm not really into comics or movies about kids in high school, so that was a turn off, but the writing was pretty good, and the art wasn't bad. Just not super exciting. ( )
