Dinosaurs are still being used as war machines in this sequel to the first Battlesaurus novel. Willem has escaped Napoleon's men but is now fighting back. Training soldiers in the art of saur killing and finding his mother and best friend is what his life consists of at this point.

While this novel kept my attention just as much as the first, nothing really... happened? I mean things happened and the story moved quickly but it felt as though this book was suffering from sequel-itis. Where it is nothing but a set up for the next book. The writing and the creative setting makes it worth the read, but it loses a star based on the lack of story movement. ( )
