This book was a rather nice introductory book into astral projection with various techniques and methods. However, the book itself seems be rather bland and bogged down by all the historical references and stories, which while they may be interesting seems to just distract from the other material. Not a bad book, but not fully what I might of liked for introduction book on astral projection and travel. ( ) geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
