The troll teacher was saying problems that didn't add up. As the story continued, I lost interest. The ending was pretty good though, the troll teacher left the school with the principal. A substitute teacher would be in class the next day. Hmm, will it be another troll teacher? ( ) This book tells the story of a young student who is stuck with a troll for a teacher. Her brother and parents don't believe her and the troll teacher continues to run a muck in the classroom. That is until eventually the troll receives on old gym sock and is so happy the troll picked up the principle and ran away. Overall i thought this was a very goofy book that any student would love. I also thin that offers students an opportunity to appreciate the fact that their teacher is not a troll. This would be a great book to read with a classroom of students. Summary: A new teacher is hired, and the students are convinced she is a troll. She has hairy legs, claws, spider webs in her hair, pale skin, sharp fangs, and eats anything uneatable. None of the parents believe their children, and the principal does not seem to think she is a troll either. However, the students in her classroom do know the truth. This book is about Elizabeth and her new teacher at school. This new teacher is tall, hairy, creepy skin, in conclusion a troll. Elizabeth tries to tell people that her teacher is a Troll but no one believes her. I like this story because it is told from a students perspective on what teachers are like, especially when you don't necessarily like them. Elizabeth tries to tell her family that there is something wrong with her new teacher, but they cannot see it, even though Miss Turtledove has orange eyes, eats desks, and throws fruit at the students. Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |
