Ted Lewin was a professional wrestler in his late teens as he studies at art school. This book talks a bit about his life, and the job, but is aimed at kids so it doesn't have any great detail. It does have some of his art though. His sketches of wrestlers are great, but I love the full formal portraits he has painted of some of the wrestlers. He also has great skill in describing a scene or situation in language that really calls forth an image. Lewin went on to retire from wrestling and become a well known illustrator of children's books. Most kids who like wrestling likely would not care too much for this book as it isn't about some famous star, but any who like wrestling history or the few who like wrestling and art (there has to be some who are like the author was) would find it a great read.
