There were a few storylines here that are in season 1 of the animated show. Really nice to see what they took, changed, and kept from the comics. Overall, this volume was mainly about Mark and his mother dealing with the aftermath of his dad leaving, and his new life as a superhero for the government. I enjoyed the mini side stores/adventures Mark goes on during his superhero duty and the drops/hints of new, interesting storylines laced throughout this volume. 3.5/5 stars geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe

This series has such great humor, but also deals with grief and heavy topics so well and recognizes they are things that can happen at the same time in someone’s life. ( )
