L'autrice ha raccolto una immensa quantità di testimonianze inedite tra i parenti, gli amici, i conoscenti e persino tra le lontane amiche di penna americane di Anna. (fonte: Google Books) This is a great history book for children. Anne's story is shared in a manner that is appropriate for children and easy for them to read. It is important that our children and students understand this piece of history and Carol Ann Lee created a story that is great for children to begin to understand history with. We did about Ann Frank in history when we did about the War. As I love history, I found her story quite interesting so picked this up. The book is factual about Ann’s family life. It told her tragic story, including extracts from her diary and family photographs. The detailed accounts would not be suitable for younger children, I personally found the ending upsetting. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
