Forgetting Jack Cooper: The First Love Edition is a quick entertaining read. Peyton & Jack dated in high school until he dumped her, right before she had to get up at graduation & give her speech. Thank goodness her friend Nick was there & helped her get through it.

Jennifer Bernard has given her readers an entertaining story about high school & life. The characters are realistic & well developed - the brainiac, the smart athlete & the self absorbed jock. There were some unexpected twists that keep the reader involved. I enjoyed the interactions between Nick & his student, Dale and Nick & Peyton were great. I can't wait to read the other stories in the set. ( )

What have I not already said about Jennifer Bernard? FORGETTING JACK COOPER; The First Love is magical! Wonderfully complex and engaging characters; great dialogues; detailed backstories; and amazing writing; nothing is missing. This is a novella and yet it’s a complete story: the high school atmosphere is perfectly recreated; there is drama, tension, a nerve-tingling episode contributes even more to make these people feel real.

This is such a beautiful romance, and how I was rooting for our couple to find their happy ever after! Jennifer Bernard has mastered the fine art of writing sweet stories and charming characters without giving the reader a diabetic coma, and if you know me, you know that it’s great praise. FORGETTING JACK COOPER; The First Love is another marvellous story from the great Jennifer Bernard who never fails to bring love, happiness and joy to my world!

Another hit from author Jennifer Bernard! I have to say I don't know if author Jennifer Bernard could write a bad book. The stories always seem to get better and better, even the short ones fill like I got everything yet leave me wanting to see the characters again and again. This is book 3 in the Forgetting Jack Cooper multi-author series. Each book can be read alone, however I do feel that you'll be eager to read all of the books and you'll love each one. Each kinda plays off the others and leaves you wanting to know everything. From the prequel, Forgetting Jack Cooper: The Big Idea Edition, to the final book Forgetting Jack Cooper: The Soulmate Edition you'll love reading as each couple finds their happy ending and watching Jack Cooper deal with it all. I have to say that THE FIRST LOVE EDITION from author Jennifer Bernard is engrossing, refreshing and completely entertaining. I loved the characters, I loved the situation, I loved the setting, frankly I loved everything about this story. I do wish we could see more of these characters............... Fans of great romances with connected story-lines will adore this series and this book. Fans of great stories with well written realistic characters are in for a treat. I'd highly recommend you pick up a copy TODAY! ( )
