Great beginning. The hero, Gregory Bridgerton, races into a church to stop a wedding of the woman he loves in an arranged marriage by her guardian. After running for miles to get there he manages to cough out “don’t” during the vows. Then the flashback on how they met where she is the best friend of the great beauty who he spies across a room and thinks he’s in love. Lucy and Gregory spend time together discussing the beauty with the usual miscommunication and not saying what they mean as they get to know one another. The hero really has to do a lot of work to save the damsel for the HEA. There’s an epilog 12 years later that had me reading way into the night (

Maybe it's because I felt a disconnect towards the younger Bridgerton's but I didn't nearly care as much when it came to this book. The most I can remember is he stole her and they have a ton of kids so good him! (

Final (I think) book in the Bridgertons series, with the final unmarried Bridgerton sibling, Gregory, getting the treatment.
Gregory seems to be a kind and gentle soul, although he seems to fall in love pretty quickly.
This one is very mild on the spiciness scale, with only one somewhat graphic scene.
I though that the second epilogue was very sweet. (

OMG. I couldn't believe the heroine actually married the wrong guy. Thank god for annulments, right? (

I really loved this read!! It was such a delight. I loved seeing the last story in this world. I also really loved Lucy as a character and saw so much of myself in her and I really loved the romance at the heart of this story. It had so much action and romance that I had a hard time stop listening to it. I also really adored the second epilogue and was def the best in the series. I also loved seeing some of the Brigertons again, missed some of my favorites but such a great read!! (
