I am a fan of frenmies to lovers theme and this story did a wonderful job of providing a character arc and storytelling all wrapped up in one. I found myself connected and entertained by both characters where I stayed up late to get to my HEA. In the case of both Mark and Isaiah, you saw where each character's motivation was and always stayed on point to keep the family together even as the attraction ramped up. Mark being military it's such a fine like showing them as a caricature rather than someone you can relate to. Ms Albert shows us Mark and how he feels so you can relate to him as not just a hawt SEAL but as a man who has never shared so much of himself. I think that readers will not only find an entertaining story but may have a better understanding of sexual orientation not just being a dictionary definition.
